These are all new fabrics. Deal’s are Closeouts have discounted pricing for our amazing customers. All of these fabrics are sold as is and are not returnable. Once the item is sold out, there will not be any additional yardage to purchase. We will list a description of any issues with the fabric that is considered above industry standards.
