All sales are final once shipped! *
Purchase a sample swatch of any fabric you intend to order prior to purchasing yardage if you have any doubts about the quality, color, or pattern to avoid purchasing the wrong fabric!
No charges will be processed until each product has been inspected and packaged for shipping.
Some fabrics have been in the warehouse for many years and there are thousands of different patterns. We have done our best to ensure the inventory quantities of the fabrics are accurate and no quality issues exist. See quality assurance process below.
Quality Assurance Process:
• Each product will be pulled from the warehouse and inspected.
• If any discrepancies are found with the order quantity or quality you will be contacted at the email address provided prior to the order being shipped. The order will not ship until you agree to and sign off on the purchase. If an agreement cannot be reached and the order cannot be filled, it will be canceled.
• If there are no issues found, the order will be processed and shipped. Once it is prepared for shipping, charges will be processed for the orders invoiced amount.
• Orders typically ship within one business day.
• Original Auto Fabric is not obligated to ship or sell any product sold online that is incorrectly priced due to technical issues with the website (oemautofabric.com). You will be notified once an error is discovered and will have the opportunity to accept the corrections or cancel your order.
*Only orders that have either a quantity or quality issue are eligible for return and a full refund.
Any authorized return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and all return orders must be shipped in the same or similar type of packaging as received.
Please, do not return any part of an order prior to obtaining an authorization email. Any order authorized for return must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage to product. Any product returns received not in their original condition due to shipping, neglect, or alteration by purchaser will not be refunded.
